Our Commitment

CIDT are committed to provide the highest quality of service and to satisfy the individual requirements of each and every client. All of our service engineers are manufacturer trained and perform servicing as specified in the manufacturers service manuals at times when it is convenient for the client.


All products are supplied with comprehensive service level agreements (SLA) for at least five years, which includes all servicable parts, consumables and labour charges, this way we can be sure that machines are used with manufacturer supplied consumables and spare parts for optimum performance.

Our on-site service response is quick, efficient and reliable and with either 4 or 8 hour guaranteed response times that ensure you have as little downtime as possible.

Environmentally Aware

At CIDT we are very aware of the impact that electrical and electronic waste products can have on the environment. We recycle by disposing of old machines in compliance with WEEE regulations.
